What size skates should I get?
VIVID skates are measured in US women’s sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend sizing up to the closest whole size.
You can measure your foot and compare to this size chart for the best fit. Measurements in the size chart represent the length of the insole.
When will I receive my skates?
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and will be delivered within 5-10 days.
Are VIVID skates for indoor or outdoor use?
Both! These skates have medium-hardness wheels (82A) that will grip outdoor surfaces like pavement well but are hard enough that they won’t be too sticky for indoor rink skating.
Can I return or exchange my skates?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges of skates in new condition for up to 30 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Do all orders have a warranty?
Yes, we will replace your skates or wheels if you experience any defect within 90 days of receipt.
